Linoflax Products reserves the right not to ship any product for reasons such as delinquent accounts, licenses and import permits, international laws, etc. .. if this happens, you will be notified via e-mail address and credit card will be refunded. Some countries may require different types of import licenses. Linoflax will not ship products to countries that require these types of permits.

All sales are final. This means Linoflax Products is not responsible for any negligence by the consumer. Prices on this website are subject to change without notice.

Linoflax is not responsible for international orders that never make it beyond their countries customs office. Please check with your customs office before ordering. No refunds for items that are confiscated by customs agents. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Domestic shipments (U.S., and Puerto Rico) are typically performed through the United States Postal Service or FedEx. During the checkout process in the shopping cart you may select the shipping method you prefer.UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day AirFor faster delivery, you can have your order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day for an additional fee. (Orders placed after 3:00 pm are not processed until the next business day all orders received during the weekend (Friday -. Sunday) will not be processed until Monday am, then will be shipped within 24 hrs).

International shipments – including Mexico and Canada

Customs will not allow our products when shipped to France or Germany.

Shipments in Colombia – are performed by Servi Delivery and dispatched to different cities where there is an authorized dealer or our products.

Shipping Costs

Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside the United States may be subject to customs duties and / or import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and can not predict what may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Moreover, Puritan.com ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where the goods are received.

Delivery Methods

Domestic orders are shipped by land and typically take an average of 2 to 5 business days depending on destination.International orders to places where there are no dsitributors are sent via airmail and they can take about 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
* Note: Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS whenever possible. All orders received during the weekend (Friday – Sunday) will not be processed until Monday am UPS shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous states. FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box.

Lost or Damaged Shipment

Return a Product

We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If not completely satisfied, return the unused portion (within one year from date of purchase) with a brief explanation, and will return your money. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued.
